Made with something in PA.
About the Artist:
I’m a deranged man living in the Appalachian woods of Pennsylvania. I make art and jewelry. You buy it. Please.
I first fell in love with making art through jewelry. Beading puts me into a rare state of calm — a kind of Zen I don’t find many other places.
But the deeper I went, the more I realized jewelry alone couldn’t hold everything I wanted to say. I still love it, but I’ve moved into painting and sculpture, where the work can be louder, uglier, and more honest.
I don’t have much interest in beautiful landscapes or flawless portraits. I want to make art that makes you nervous. Art that punches you in the gut. Art that sits with you while you fall apart.
If you feel something here — I hope you’ll consider supporting my early work so I can keep making the later, stranger ones. I always need more money for pylons.
